Privacy Policy

Prism Paths is designed to work without a public profile. We collect only what is needed to save progress, deliver purchases, protect rewards, and support the game.

Who operates Prism Paths

Prism Paths is operated by ReppingLabs. Questions and privacy requests can be sent to hello@prismpaths.app.

Data we handle

  • Game and device data: level progress, puzzle routes, trophies, coins, hearts, boosters, tutorial state, cosmetic choices, accessibility settings, and claim history.
  • Cloud-save identity: when cloud save is enabled, Firebase creates a private anonymous user identifier and stores the game data associated with it. We do not require a name, email address, contacts, or social profile to play.
  • Purchase data: Google Play or Apple and RevenueCat process purchases. We receive product identifiers, transaction status, a store transaction identifier, and an app user identifier so we can deliver items, prevent duplicates, handle refunds, and provide support. We do not receive complete payment-card details.
  • Advertising and consent data: if rewarded ads are enabled, Google Mobile Ads and its consent tools may process IP address, product interactions, diagnostics, device or advertising identifiers, and consent choices for ad delivery, analytics, and fraud prevention. Ads are optional and only appear after a player chooses to watch one.
  • Support and security data: messages you send us, request identifiers, limited server logs, and technical details needed to investigate errors, abuse, purchase delivery, or deletion requests.

Why we use data

We use this data to run and restore the game, synchronize progress, complete purchases and rewards, prevent duplicate or fraudulent claims, respect privacy choices, answer support requests, keep services reliable, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal data.

Service providers

Our processors may include Google Firebase, Google Play, Google Mobile Ads and User Messaging Platform, Apple, RevenueCat, and Vercel. Their processing is also governed by their own terms and privacy notices. Features remain disabled when their production configuration or required consent is unavailable.

Storage, retention, and security

Local progress remains on your device until you delete the app data or use the in-app deletion control. Cloud progress remains until deletion is completed. Our server delivery grants and replay markers are configured to expire after 180 days; short-lived reward-cap and request-rate records expire sooner. Store, processor, accounting, dispute, fraud-prevention, or legally required transaction records may remain longer. We use access controls, encrypted transport, bounded server inputs, and duplicate-event protection, but no system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and deletion

You can change sound, motion, notification, and available advertising-privacy choices in Settings. You can delete account and game data in the app under Settings → Account & cloud → Delete account and local data. If you cannot access the app, use our web deletion request. Store purchase records may remain with Google, Apple, RevenueCat, or us when retention is required for transactions, fraud prevention, or law.

Children

Prism Paths is intended for players age 16 and over and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. A parent or guardian who believes a child provided personal information should contact us so we can review and delete it.

International processing and changes

Providers may process data in countries other than yours, using the safeguards they describe for their services. We will update this page when our practices materially change and will revise the date shown above.
