Agreement and eligibility

By installing or using Prism Paths, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 16 years old. If the law where you live does not allow you to agree on your own, your parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these terms for you.

License

ReppingLabs gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Prism Paths for private entertainment on devices you own or control, subject to the applicable app-store rules. The game, artwork, code, names, and trademarks remain owned by ReppingLabs or its licensors.

Fair use

Do not reverse engineer the game except where law expressly permits it, bypass security or purchase checks, automate or manipulate rewards, interfere with services, exploit bugs, impersonate another person, or use Prism Paths for unlawful activity. Report serious security issues privately through Support.

Progress, virtual items, and purchases

Coins, hearts, boosters, trophies, and cosmetics are licensed digital game items. They have no cash value, cannot be transferred outside the game, and are not investments or deposits. Purchases are processed by the platform store and are subject to its checkout terms. Prices and taxes shown by the native store control. Packs are consumable unless the store screen says otherwise.

Rewarded ads

Rewarded ads, when available, are optional. The advertised reward is granted only after the ad provider confirms completion and our eligibility checks succeed. Availability may vary by region, consent status, network conditions, daily limits, and provider inventory.

Availability and changes

We may fix, balance, add, remove, suspend, or discontinue features to protect players, comply with store rules, address security issues, or improve the game. Offline core play is designed to remain usable, but cloud save, purchases, ads, and support systems depend on third-party services and may be interrupted.

Termination and deletion

You may stop using Prism Paths at any time and may request deletion as described on our Delete account page. We may restrict service access for material abuse, fraud, legal requirements, or threats to other users or systems.

Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Prism Paths is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not exclude rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded. ReppingLabs is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the game where such limitation is permitted. Nothing in these terms limits liability that applicable law does not allow us to limit.

Governing rules and contact

Applicable consumer protections and mandatory local laws continue to apply. Other disputes are governed by the laws applicable where ReppingLabs is established, without overriding rights you have under mandatory law. Contact hello@prismpaths.app before starting a formal dispute so we can try to resolve it.
